Hibiscus Carnival - Mens Pairs

 

1st Place - Peter McCarten & Chayne Edwards

 

 

This was stage 2 of the Creightons Hibiscus Carnival with the Womens Triples (stage 1) having played on Tuesday and the Mixed Fours (stage 3) to be played on Friday.

Played over two days, this 3 bowl pairs competition of 5 games each of 15 ends, made the games exciting and intense. After the 2nd game each day bowlers enjoyed a fabulous hot meal from the clubs restaurant ‘The Kitchen’.

Some games went down to the last bowl and an umpires measure.

Taking home the HUGE 1st prize purse in a sterling performance were-
